Where is the conference being held?
The conference is being held at Weetwood Hall Estate, Otley Road, Weetwood, Leeds, LS16 5PS.
Weetwood Hall is a four-star hotel and conference venue set within nine acres of woodland and gardens, centred around a historic Jacobean Manor House. The hotel is approximately four miles from Leeds city centre.

What time should I arrive?
Registration is from 8:30am to 9:30am.
Tea and coffee will be available during registration, and the dedicated silent space will also be available.
We recommend allowing enough time to park, register and settle in before the conference begins at 9:30am.

By Car
There is free parking. The conference information confirms that parking is free, with no need to register your vehicle for the conference. Weetwood Hall’s current website confirms complimentary parking for hotel visitors and residents, with space for up to 170 cars.

Are there electric vehicle charging points?
Yes. The hotel currently lists four fast-charging points in the main car park, as well as two additional charging points opposite the main hotel reception entrance.

Is Weetwood Hall easy to reach by car?
Yes. The hotel has good motorway access and is situated close to the A6120 Outer Ring Road. It is approximately four miles from Leeds city centre.

How far is the hotel from Leeds Bradford Airport?
Weetwood Hall is approximately 4.5 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, with the hotel quoting around 10 minutes by car, depending on traffic.

Public Transport
Bus: From Leeds City Station Get the No 24 bus from City Square stop E. Journey is approximately 35 mins.
Check the journey immediately before travelling because bus routes, timetables and traffic conditions can change.

Train: Leeds railway station is the main station for national rail connections. 
Weetwood Hall Hotel i approx 5.9 miles from Leeds City train station. It is approximately 20 minutes journey by car. 

Leeds has direct rail connections to many major UK cities. Weetwood Hall currently gives indicative journey times from Leeds of:
•    York – approximately 25 minutes
•    Manchester – approximately 58 minutes
•    Newcastle – approximately 85 minutes
•    Birmingham – approximately 115 minutes
•    London – approximately 133 minutes

Journey times can vary, so delegates should check the current timetable when booking.

Plane: Leeds Bradford Airport has bus, taxi and car-hire options.
The airport’s official transport information confirms that bus services operate daily, including FLYER services connecting the airport with Leeds, Bradford and Harrogate. Taxis are also available directly from the terminal.

Because Weetwood Hall is only around 4.5 miles from the airport, a taxi may be the simplest option if you have luggage or are travelling with colleagues.
