Nea Clark is a PTSTA psychotherapist, supervisor, NLP practitioner, author, and ADHD coach with a passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals and supervisees. Based in Leeds, she offers psychotherapy, ADHD coaching, and supervision both in person and online, including group sessions, webinars, and training. Nea established Unwind Therapy Space, where she provides therapy rooms for practitioners. She has published three books: Travel into the ADHD Mind (2024), ADHD Coaching (2025), and The ADHD Practitioner’s Toolkit (2025) and developed a comprehensive treatment plan and training programme for professionals working with ADHD, promoting effective and compassionate neurodiversity practice.
